1. Acceptance

By using Sthena, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for account credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate account information.

3. Paid subscriptions

Access requires an active paid plan. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled through Stripe and subject to Stripe terms.

Prices, plan limits, and features may change. Changes apply at or after the next billing period unless required earlier for legal or security reasons.

4. Fitness and medical disclaimer

The service provides AI-generated training guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No result is guaranteed to be correct, complete, or injury-preventive.

You are solely responsible for exercise decisions and training safety. Stop activity and seek medical guidance if you experience pain, injury, or health concerns.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the platform, bypass limits, upload illegal content, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access to user data or infrastructure.

6. User content and license

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze content as needed to provide and improve the service.

7. Service availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sthena and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for injuries resulting from use of the service or reliance on analysis outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
